Vegan Raspberry Banana Smoothie

So Im on Day 3 of my 21 day raw cleanse and I woke up soooooo hungry!!!  I’m still on the beginners part of the cleanse eating 40% cooked & 60% raw. So I reached in my fridge for the first two things I could pull out which were Raspberries and Bananas! This smoothie was so delicious and filling I decided to share the recipe with you.



  • 1/3 cup Banana
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Morniga powder
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Flax Seed Meal
  • 1 tbsp Raw Honey or Stevia
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Water (Optional)

Step 1: Add Raspberries, Bananas , Moringa Powder, Coconut oil, Raw Honey, & Flax Seed Meal to blender or nutri-bullet container.

Step 2: Add either 1 cup of Almond Milk or 3/4 cup Almond milk 1/4 cup water (reason being sometimes the almond milk can make the smoothie too thick and rich)

Step 3:  Blend together until smooth

Step 4: EnJOY!!!
