You know what tastes better and is better for you? DIY home-made nut butters! Its simple quick and made with easy to find ingredients! Plus its way tastier!
1 cup of nut or seed of choice (cooked or raw)
1-2 tbsp of oil of choice
1 teaspoon of sweetener of choice
1/8 teaspoon seasalt
Blend, or process to desired texture. If the nuts get stuck (more than likely in a blender, nutribullet ect.) add more oil or a lil water and stir with a spoon then continue processing.
3-5 mins for crunchy
6-10 mins for medium smooth
