Best Rice Ever! Sweet & Spicy Thai Rice *Vegan, Gluten Free*


2 cups of brown rice precooked
½ cup of wild rice (optional) precooked
½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
½  cup cashews
2-3 tbsp honey  or Raw Sugar
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ -1 tbsp chilli powder
½ -1 cup soy sauce or braggs aminos
½ cup sliced onions
½ cup red & or green bell peppers (optional)
4 cups raw kale
Step 1:  Caramelize your onions in olive oil for approx.7 min on med heat.
Step 2: Add your bell peppers & let them cook for another 3 mins.
Step 3: Add soy sauce, Honey,  then chili powder, and cayenne.
Step 4: Add the apple cider vinegar.
Step 5: Now stir in kale and let it cook for 2 mins on med high heat.
Step 6: Then stir in precooked wild & brown rice and cashews.
Now serve!
