In my February 15th blog post, I shared an introduction about four techniques to harness high vibration energy. I also promised to provide information about each one in upcoming posts. I introduced the grounding technique in my March 7th blog post. Today, we’ll build upon the grounding technique by adding in centering. Centering is focusing your mental processes into the central point of your head. This practice works in conjunction with the grounding practice unless you are able to visualize on command.
Follow these steps to center yourself. You can use carnelian, citrine, axinite, moonstone, and/or yellow adventurine crystals to enhance this practice.
This centering technique can be modified to meet your needs as you become proficient in the practice. In fact, it’s great to do with your significant other or spouse right before making love. Stay tuned for the next blog post where we’ll discuss the third technique, shielding.
Peace and blessings.
In the conscious community, we often hear people talk about raising or maintaining their vibration. What does it really mean? Since we are spirit beings we are made up of energy. That energy can resonate at a variety of different frequencies depending upon our actions and environment. There are a number of ways to raise your vibration as you go on this journey to higher levels of consciousness.
Your consciousness journey is the evolutionary process of remembering you are a god. While your soul was in the ethers waiting for your next body to inhabit, you knew who you were without a question, without a doubt. Your soul understands the need to have these human experiences to grow. Something happened through the process of being reborn that caused you to forget. So, you’re here on earth having a human experience to lead you back to your understanding of your true nature. As you continue the journey to fully realize your potential as a spirit being, your vibration will rise to a higher frequency.
Over the years, many spiritual teachers have demonized the base chakras and as a result, many of the practices you’ve been taught to engage in to raise your vibration to higher levels of consciousness often neglect the base chakras. For this reason, there will be a transition period where you may not be able to harness the energy and as a result, you could experience excessive energy surges. These states of being can result in a variety of physical symptoms that can interfere with your visioning and visualization.
So, how can you learn to harness high vibration energy? Consider the following techniques.
Stay tuned for future blog posts for information on each of these techniques.
Peace and blessings.
Caroline Tracy Dye, better known as “Aunt Caroline,” was a highly respected seer whose name was recognized in Arkansas and the Mid-South in the early years of the twentieth century. The fact that she was an uneducated African American made her popularity at the time all the more unusual.
Caroline Tracy’s parents’ names are unknown, and there has been an abundance of conflicting information through the years about her date of birth and early life. She was born into slavery in Spartanburg, South Carolina, about 1843, shortly after the death of her parents’ master, William Tracy. His widow, Nancy, later moved with her family and slaves to Arkansas, settling near present-day Rosie (Independence County). Caroline Tracy had an infant daughter, Hannah, before the death of Nancy Tracy in 1861. All of the slaves, including Caroline Tracy, were the property of the Tracy estate until they were freed after the Civil War.
Caroline Tracy became aware of her abilities as a seer while still a young child. She could reportedly see things outside her line of vision that others could not. Among several early examples is a story that, during the Civil War, she foretold a visit by a member of Tracy family, someone thought dead in the early years of the war.

Tracy later moved to Elgin (Jackson County), where she married Martin Dye on June 16, 1867. They had one child, a girl named Mary, who died at the age of eleven months. Through the years, they raised several children who were not their own, including one or more children who were Martin’s but not Caroline’s.
